Terms 1. Regarding deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals can only be made by the person in the name of the account, and if deposits and withdrawals from another name or a third party are discovered, they will be immediately returned when they are found.
If the transaction has already started at the time of discovery, the withdrawal amount will be the amount after deducting the loss.
If the transaction has already started at the time of discovery, even if the profit is confirmed, the reimbursement will be only the principal received and the profit will be invalid.
In addition, deposit and withdrawal fees, etc. for remand shall be paid from the remand.
If you wish to change the account holder due to the peculiar reason of the account holder, you can discuss with IMY FX, submit the necessary documents only if IMY FX approves, and change the account holder.

Terms 2. Regarding account maintenance

After opening an account, we will automatically cancel the account in any case for which transactions cannot be confirmed for 3 consecutive months.
In addition, the funds remaining as a balance when the account is closed will be deleted.

Terms 3. Transaction report

Please obtain the transaction report required for final tax return from MT4 by yourself.
Also, if you delete the IMY FX account (suspension procedure) and cancel the account, you will not be able to log in at that point and you will not be able to retrieve all the history. We request that you obtain the necessary data at your own risk before deleting (suspending) your account or canceling your account. Please note that we cannot obtain it.

Terms 4. Service usage fees and fees

Customers will not be charged the EA service usage fee for this EA service of IMY FX.
Fees for deposits and withdrawals are as described below.
At the time of deposit → None
At the time of withdrawal → 3% is required.

Terms 5. Submission of required documents (KYC) for opening an account

IMY FX fills in the required information from the account opening form and uploads a copy of identity verification documents (driver's license, passport, etc.) and current address verification documents (utility receipt, credit card company or mobile phone company invoice, etc.) Only then will the account opening be completed and you will be able to make deposits and make transactions.
Please prepare in advance as it is essential to submit the necessary documents for opening an account.
If the required documents have not been submitted at the time of deposit / withdrawal application, deposit / withdrawal will be possible after submission of required items and certification by IMY FX.

In addition, the necessary documents for opening an account are a copy of an ID card with a face photo (driver's license, passport, etc.) and a request for an address certificate (utility receipt, invoice of credit card company, mobile phone company, etc.). It will be a copy of the entire book. The address on your ID and the address on your address certificate must be the same. In addition, the ID card shall be within the deadline, and the address certificate shall be within 3 months from the issuance. An account cannot be opened by a third party on your behalf and must be done by yourself.

Terms 6. Prohibition of transfer of rights and use for commercial purposes

The user shall not transfer or lend the ID acquired by IMY FX to a third party.
In addition, the user shall not use for commercial purposes without the permission of IMY FX beyond the range of use and usage method specified in the guidelines of IMY FX.
